  • No, not at all! Your skin will be protected by a leather patch during the welding process, so you won’t feel a thing.

    (By the way, the weld is only a tiny little micro zap and not scary at all.)

    We use gold filled chains as an alternative to solid gold, not only because it doesn’t break the bank, but also because it is a stronger material and therefore better suited for the wear and tear of permanent jewellery.

  • Our sterling silver and gold filled chains do not contains nickel, lead or cadmium, making it hypoallergenic!

  • The lifespan of your piece depends on many lifestyle and external factors. From our end, we make sure we choose the highest quality 14k gold filled and solid sterling silver pieces we can find. So hopefully, with a bit of love and care from you, it will last for many years to come!

    Just remember, the jewellery is permanent, not indestructible! Like all jewellery, they may rip, cut or tear in extreme circumstances.

  • Absolutely not! If you wish to have a custom fit piece made for you, but you don’t want it to be permanent, we can simply put a clasp on it.

  • Anyone aged under 16 years will need a parent’s consent.

  • Absolutely! Sharing the experience makes the appointment even more special.

    However, our studio is very tiny and not suited for more than 3 guests. Please send us a message if you wish to bring more, so we can shuffle things around.

  • Good news! Your permanent jewellery will not set off airport security.

  • Yes, you will most likely be asked to remove it. But if you keep your chain, we can re-weld it again afterwards!

  • You can use little scissors or wire cutters to cut the jump ring. This is the tiny little ring that connects the ends of the chain. Do not cut the chain! If you would like us to re-weld your piece in the future, we can do so for $25

WARRANTY

We offer a 30 day guarantee that your permanent jewellery is free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace any piece of jewellery that is found to be defective in this time period. This does not cover pieces that have been damaged through misuse, accidents or are lost. You must bring your piece of jewellery in to redeem your warranty claim.

As permanent jewellery is custom fit, all sales are final. We do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.

Changes in body chemistry can tarnish chains over time. This is out of our control and not covered by warranty.

We are not responsible for lost chains, broken chains or allergic reactions.
